As each piece in our collection is a limited edition, crafted from premium licensed Japanese fabrics, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including sizing, colour, and design details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
