2. Products & Availability
All NUI pieces are crafted with care, often in limited quantities using premium fabrics, including officially licensed Japanese materials. Due to the exclusive and rare nature of our collections, items may sell out quickly and availability is not guaranteed.

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated. NUI reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payments must be completed in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. NUI reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order at our discretion.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

5. Shipping
Delivery times and shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. NUI is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. No Refunds & No Exchanges Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

NUI uses limited-edition, officially licensed Japanese fabrics that are rare, highly curated, and difficult to source. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

We take great care in quality, craftsmanship, and presentation to ensure that every piece you receive meets our standards and that you will truly love your NUI piece.

We kindly ask customers to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including designs, logos, images, and branding—is the property of NUI and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
